BuyMe.NET Customer Terms Agreement


PLEASE READ THIS DOCUMENT CAREFULLY. BY OPENING AN ACCOUNT, YOU ARE AGREEING TO BECOME BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT.

This is a legal agreement between you and BuyMeBuyMe.com, Inc. This Agreement states the terms and conditions upon which BuyMe.NET offers its products and services.


TERMS
  1. No Price Protection or Stock Rotation:
    BuyMe.NET DOES NOT offer any type of price protection or stock rotation. We often drop prices suddenly and without notice.

  2. Minimum Order:
    We ONLY sell wholesale. Every product has a "Minimum Quantity" that must be purchased to qualify for the wholesale price. Samples of an item may be purchased at a price that is slightly higher than the wholesale price.

  3. Domestic Sales Terms:
    For domestic orders under $500.00, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Personal/Business Check, Money Order, Cashier's Check, Wire Transfer, COD (Certified Funds). For domestic orders over $500.00, we accept Personal/Business Check, Money Order, Cashier's Check, Wire Transfer. Orders over $10,000 must be prepaid by wire transfer.

  4. Company Checks:
    We accept personal and business checks.

  5. International Sales Terms:
    International sales are on a prepaid wire transfer basis only. We DO NOT accept credit cards for international orders.

  6. NSF Policy:
    If you bounce a check, you will permanently lose your Personal/Business Check privileges. All banks offer overdraft protection and we STRONGLY suggest that you subscribe to that service.

  7. Credit Cards: (For U.S. accounts only)
    We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express on all orders under $500. All Credit Card orders must be shipped to the billing address of the credit card. If the billing/shipping address you provide does not match the address on file with your credit card company, your order will be cancelled. Please note, you can contact your credit card company to have them add an additional address to your account which you may use for shipping purposes. Generally, credit card companies can do this instantly without delay.

  8. Prices:
    All prices are quoted in US funds. All orders are shipped from our West Palm Beach, FL warehouse. The merchandise on our site is "in stock" and stored at our facility. We are not brokers -- we own the products we offer.

  9. International Shipments:
    International customers are responsible for determining their country duties, tariffs or taxes.

  10. Truck Shipments:
    All orders will ship via the cheapest qualified carrier. If this is a concern, please call toll-free 1-877-992-8963 ext. 1 prior to placing your order. (We use only reputable carriers).

  11. You Pay Shipping Charges:
    Prior to placing an order, after placing products into your shopping cart, and opening an account, the shipping charges for your order will be displayed in your shopping cart.

  12. Refused Shipments:
    If a shipment is refused for any reason, customer is responsible for the freight charge incurred. BuyMe.NET also reserves the right to charge a 25% restocking fee.

  13. Manufacturer Direct Warranties
    If there is a Manufacturer Direct Warranty, we require that you return the unit directly to the Manufacturer.

  14. Warranty Limitations:
    BuyMe.NET cannot warrant an item that has been improperly used or physically damaged.

  15. RMA's
    RMA Numbers are valid from 10 days after issuance. After you get an RMA number, please send the item(s) in immediately. All returns must be shipped prepaid.

  16. Fitness of Purpose:
    BuyMe.NET cannot warrant any product as fit for any particular use or purpose. We strongly recommend customers evaluate a sample unit to determine by their criteria whether a product will work in their configuration. In the world of computers, there are many products that may be incompatible with a certain brand or certain parts. In cases like this, it is your responsibility to resell the product into a standard application in which the part will work. We are unable to take parts back because they will not work in particular brand product if they function correctly in others.

  17. Defective Products:
    Any damages arising from a defective product to be limited to a refund of the purchase price only.
    Defective items will be replaced with either a repaired or refurbished unit (even for DOA's). If no replacement unit available within 30 days, we will issue a credit memo. A credit memo can be refunded by check if not used on an order for 30 days. RMA credits are for product only and do NOT include any reimbursement for shipping charges.

  18. All Sales are Final:
    All sales are final. Returns of product, other than with defect, are subject to a 25% restocking fee. No returns are allowed after 7 days after receipt.

  19. Warranty Repair:
    Any items sent back for warranty repair must have been tested bad prior to returning the part. We will charge a service fee should we find a returned item in working condition.

  20. Defective Item Return
    Customer MUST CAREFULLY PACK defective items being returned, as if they were new and working. FAILURE TO DO SO may invalidate both the RMA and the warranty.


    LIMITED WARRANTY
    The warranty length for each product is displayed on the product page. The warranty provider may not necessarily be the manufacturer.
